1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable)

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, location, and weather conditions.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 4 business days.
  • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM local time).
  • ON DEMAND SHIPPING: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days. 

Note: Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be applied automatically at checkout when available.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees that are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website using this number.

If you have not received your tracking information within the time frame indicated in your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still have questions, contact our customer service team.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, we are happy to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier in such cases.

8. Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship orders quickly, there may be delays due to high demand, weather conditions, or issues with shipping carriers. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but delivery times may be longer than standard shipments. Please be aware that shipping to these addresses may require special processing and additional shipping fees.
